We're looking for a Customer Success Lead to help us look after our growing list of insurance broker clients across Australia. You'll be the primary relationship owner for our customers — onboarding new brokerages, driving adoption, and ensuring every client gets maximum value from the Cova platform.
This is a foundational role. You'll be our first dedicated Customer Success hire, which means you'll shape how we support clients, build out playbooks, and directly influence product direction based on what you hear from brokers every day.
This role is based in Australia, with a strong preference for candidates on the Sunshine Coast or South East Queensland. We operate as a remote-first team, but being in the same timezone as our founders and close to our broker community is a real advantage.
